Cyclona: The Tornado Pokemon

JP name: Kakiatsu (過気圧)

Type: Flying/Dark

ABILITY: Tornado Warning (Creates a tornado in the battlefield and raises the user's Accuracy during a tornado)

Evolves from a female Castform when leveled up to Lv. 30 during a Tornado.

SIGNATURE MOVES:

Funnel Cloud: POWER: -- ACCURACY: -- PP: 5 TYPE: DARK Description: Creates a tornado in the battlefield.

Hurricane: POWER: -- ACCURACY: 30 PP: 5 TYPE: DARK ATTACK TYPE: Special Description: The user creates a large hurricane that devastates the opponent. It's a one-hit KO.

Debris Spin: POWER: 55 ACCURACY: 100 PP: 10 TYPE: DARK ATTACK TYPE: Special Description: The user flings debris around it at the opponent. Does 1.5 times more damage if user is holding an item. Deals physical damage.

Cyclo Wrecker: POWER: 130 ACCURACY: 85 PP: 5 TYPE: DARK ATTACK TYPE: Special Description: The user charges up a tornado on the first turn, then lets loose on the second.

TORNADO MECHANICS: During a Tornado, Special attacks have a 50% chance of flying back at the user, unless its ability is "Tornado Warning" or some other tornado-related ability. However, a Tornado can be dispelled by using Defog or Whirlwind, so if you really need to get rid of one, consider using one of those moves.
