I'm not going to lie, I was totally thinking of Transformers when I did this guy.Mega Golurk, Automaton Pokemon
Etymology: Golem + lurk.
Origin: The Golem from Jewish mythology. Also based on Optimus Prime.

WT: 800.6 lbs
Ability: Ironheart (Steel-type moves gain STAB. It's basically adding another type without the weaknesses/resistances)
Dex:
1. Golurk was created many centuries before the creation of Porygon. It was built to defend humans, and is run on a mysterious energy possibly originating from the runes on its body.
2. Legend tells of a system of catacombs filled with a legion of Golurks, ready to defend humanity if ever needed.
Egg Group: Mineral
Golurk requires a Golunite to Mega Evolve.
Golurk gains a massive Attack and Defense boost when it Mega Evolves.
