Well I really like the concept and composition of the picture; I've never seen anything like it before and I think it's a wonderfully creative way to show the tension of the scene. However, I have one small problem with it. The grass is beautifully done, but it is sharper and more saturated than the foreground. My eye always ends up getting drawn to it as opposed to the beautiful animals you have painted. Perhaps you could soften it a bit or add similar contrast and sharpness to the animals? I understand that you may want to keep the herbivore's legs softer to bring more focus and attention to the lion, but perhaps you should soften up the grass as well. Other than that small detail, I love it. The composition is original and excellent and I encourage you to keep up the awesome work!!
