Description
I had time so I decided to make the first antagonist for that idea I had for possible continuation of Golden wind.

The Extortion unit of Passione was established to make sure that corrupted officers and politicians kept doing what they were paid for and made various visits to ensure that the monthly contribution for the “protection of small businesses” were getting paid in time.
Once Diavolo was dethroned and Passione begin to eradicate the drug trafficking, the extortion unit received a major cut of resources as well, as the familia no longer required protection money from innocent civilians.

Once they discovered from one of their contacts that a mysterious package was being delivered in secret on an isolated dock of Genoa’s port, the team leader sent one of his subordinates to steal the package.

Unfortunately the boss had found out through different sources and send a team to intercept the package, thinking this was supposed to be an easy job.

At this point in the story the team has just recently being formed and they still need to work on their stand powers, so the first foe they face, must force them to work together and experiment with their powers.

This first member of the Extortion team is Lampone with his stand Spitfire (Splitfire) named after the song from the group GO2

Spitfire embodies Lampone’s thirst for adrenaline and thrill, being capable of moving at immense speed, in addition to that the Stand can split into a lower and upper part.
The upper part, once separated works like an automatic stand that pursues a designed target, while the lower part is a powerful top like object that can only move following the principle of the Golden Spiral.
Lampone is an extremely experienced Stand user compared to the team and has come up with a lot of dangerous tricks to pull off in battle, like using his stand speed to make objects vibrate at such speed that it can fuse them together, it can also use this thick on himself to become intangible, but Spitfire’s top half must be touching him in order for this trick to work.

When we first see Lampone he’s stalking the team from afar while communicating with his team leader, warning him that there might be a possible complications with the job and he’ll deal with it immediately.
Soon we see a couple of cops pulling him over and we witness his terrifying abilities as he butchers the unfortunate officers and start chasing after the team on the highway using the cops’ car.

Beginning the chase, the team breaks apart the police car, but this only makes things worse as Lampone now rushes at them using Spitfire’s lower half as a mean of transportation that surpasses the speed of the team’s truck.

So as a last resort Gorgonzola crashes the vehicle through the guardrail, breaking out of the truck as they fall, using Blue Orchid’s gas to create a glider.

With this improvised escape the group arrives at the docks one hour before the exchange takes place, but their enemy has preceded them and we finally get an official introduction to what kind of lunatic Lampone is.

After some usual Jojo mumbling, Provolone takes the initiative and we get to see Lampone intangibility for the first time and his Spitfire’s Deja Vu:

In some way similar to White Album’s Gently Weeps, Deja Vu is a use of the stand that requires a lot of focus from the user, making them move at such impossible speed that they leave behind multiple images of themselves, something similar to Diavolo experiencing Requiem.

Only Intrigo’s country road is capable of countering this ability, but only Pistachio’s Cannibal Corpse can withstand Spitfire’s punches, the only issue is that nobody is fast enough to hit him.

Suddenly the boat arrives, so Gorgonzola orders Focaccia and Provolone to get the package, and here we witness Spitfire’s ability to split into two.

However this is a huge disadvantage for Lampone as he has to sacrifice his top half ability to make him intangible to make the top half into an automatic pursuit stand.

Now with the odds a little more balanced the fight is split into two parts as well as Provolone and Focaccia are racing against spitfire’s top half to get to the package and Pistacchio, Intrigo and Gorgonzola are facing Lampone and his stands bottom half.

Understanding how the top moves, Pistachio manages to use Cannibal Corpse to block the top and bite off Lampone’s left hand, but after another heavy blow he succumbs to his wounds and falls unconscious.

In a final stand off Gorgonzola attempts to try an apparently suicidal idea, and take on Lampone in a close range attack, using Back in Black to conceive his gun into the shadows of his sleeve, managing to shoot Lampone in the aorta, making him bleed to death.

After Lampone’s defeat Provolone and Focaccia manage to reach the point of the exchange, which has unfortunately only recently finished, and the chase begins once more after Lampone with his dying breath, reveals the content of the package and wishes good luck to the team that bested him.
