I don't understand this badge contest - badge advertising the con itself? - but this is love. Perfect scene, bold colours and really cute Charlottes, and oh gosh, you gave doll-Charlotte Touhou frills, is that right? She's probably the sweetest Charlotte I've ever seen regardless, love her Cheese-nomming expression and pose.
