No, it's true. It feels really uncomfortable. Of course, it only gets like that when it's REALLY cold. It's one of the reasons why I want to move to New York, because it doesn't really get EXTREMELY hot or EXTREMELY cold.

You'd be surprised! It can get pretty cold. What with the wind every corner you turn by the buildings... but not as bad as Illinois.
