I think her right eye is a bit too big, but that could be how her face looks in general.
I really like your shading though. Is it all pencil work or did you use smudging technique for the softer shaded areas?

Since you put this in the critique folder.. I believe the little pointers I'm about to give you will definitely help you out!
Your shadowings and lightings are perfect! You obviously understand where lights and darks hit!
Now as far as anatomy goes.. The face's anatomy is perfect but a few things. The angle of her face is about a quarter view so what does this mean? It means that the parts of her face further from you should decrease in size and the closer things are to you increase in size. This is also known as foreshortening. Of course you won't see that much of drastic foreshortening if it's just her face, but you will see it a lot with hands and feet. So now that I said that.. Her right eye is larger than her left eye, yet her left is the one who should look larger than the other 'cause it's closest to you. A way that you can possibly fix this is by drawing her right eye lashes closer to each other where it hits the edge of the face. The eyes are still beautiful though and you did a great job with them!
Now the other thing is her upper lip. There needs to be somewhat of a v-shape forming on the middle section of her lip.
Other than these things you did an excellent job! Especially with the cheek bones, lighting, shadowings, bony land marks and so on! Good job and keep it up!
