as a traditionalist, I have a chip on my shoulder when it comes to digital... but your work is absolutely stunning/inspiring... unlike so many you really take advantage of what the medium provides with textures, and your lighting is captivating. You must have heard that song. It's perhaps my favorite of theirs'.
She's beautiful, like the movie starlets of the 1950's and before. Actually, could be Jayne Mansfield--that's it: Jayne Mansfield meets the Rolling Stones.
OK, enough with the Trivia.
She isn't just colored, she seems flavored.
I love her happy expression. So she's not sunburned, just glowing with happiness or sensuality.
I like the way her hair frames her face.
The bold contrast of the bg color works here.

thanks! i did start very blurry and i tried to give it a soft realistic look, and then drew the chalky lines over top. maybe that's why it looks that way.
