Commission #2 for =ShatteredSwordsShe was such a dear and got TWO couples from me! Damn! Such a good customer. ;-; And she was so patient waiting for my tired ass to finish it!
I have to say this is now my favorite commission of the set, I'm just very pleased with the poses and colors, so much so I'm trying to move away from using too much texture and just rely on the colors and shapes to do the talking. I think it's fine on it's own, tell me if you agree.
So I am a HUUUUUUUUUGE Harry Potter fan. I know, I know, I never speak of my love for it, but I do adore it very much. I've never even thought of these two as anything aside from hating on each other, but the idea of hate flirting is pretty funny and hot to me. Though I would feel bad for Ron. Maybe he and Hermione are fighting and she needs a jealousy fuck.
Or maybe she's just experimenting in college? I don't know what Dracos thing is, but it's hot. Also, wtf is he wearing???? I tried to make their robes modern. @o@ Think I failed.

I love Hermione's outfit! She looks like a sexy librarian! And I think the wand in her hair was a really nice touch. I didn't even realize it was her wand until I read someone's comment about it lol *is dense*.
I really like your use of texture in your pieces so I don't think it would have taken anything away from an appreciation of the shapes and colors. But that's just me. It's wonderfully done either way!

I think the robes definitely have a modern feel to them. Your use of colors is also very good, and I certainly agree that the overall composition/posing of the characters are great! Excellent work.

AHAHAHA, it took me a while to get around to reading them. The 3rd movie intrigued me because I liked Lucius so much, and so the summer after highschool before college I plowed through the first 5, and when the 6th came out I ate it up, and same same for the 7th. I don't know why I was so hooked, but it REALLY REALLY made me happy. Still does. It's weird, like crack....
but have fun reading them! The 6th is my favorite because of all the Draco emo.

AHAHAHHA, you're actually the third person to tell me that, and I agree, and I kinda did it on purpose. OwO;;;; Lucius is my favorite HP character so that may have been an influence. And the commissioner specifically asked for his hair "longer", so I kinda just went with it.
