Trying to add some supernatural/sorrow elements to Wyatt's love for his brother Miguel.
"Goodbye."
Before Wyatt took his last breath in the fatal raid 7 years ago, he wished for being able to stay and watch his brother Miguel grow up until he turns 18.
The Lord granted his wish. He became a ghost with one condition: he cannot get close to Miguel or would vanish as he should have.
Wyatt cannot tell whether it was a blessing or a torture. On the one hand, it was his wish for Miguel to grow happily and safe at the Baxters. But it was also painful to see Miguel grow up without him. If it hadn't been that bullet that pierced his lungs, everything would be different.
Eventually, at that night Miguel turned 11, Wyatt decided to put things to an end. He sat by his sleeping brother and took a close look of his face for the first time. "He looks like father," he thought, "he would grow up as an amazing man."
As Wyatt breached the promise he made to the Lord, his vision blurred out bit by bit. He was vanishing. Pain radiated from where that bullet hit his chest and white light surrounded him. Before his consciousness faded out, he kissed Miguel's forehead and bid a farewell.
"Goodbye."
In a split second, Wyatt vanished without a trace. No one, not even Miguel, noticed the presence of Wyatt.
