It is now time for a new villian to add to my list of characters I own. And this one is the most evil Pirate character of all, Fowl the Owl

And first of all, the base made by my good friend a long time ago, I just forgot I had this and finally got it going agian

Life story: The evil Pirate has been sailing over the ses ever since he was born. But time grew more on and became the most feared Pirate owl of Mobian seas. Where he go to attack innocent ships that contain treasure or something powerful. He has no mercy no has a heart to those who he fights..Or Kill. With his evil massive ship of 60 guns, he is one pirate not to be face with in the open seas..Nor land. And wont stop at nothing until he reach what he wants and who he has to kill to get it. His arm and eye patch however came from a small child Pony child named Ocean wave who was attacked by his crew of trying to steal a sacred treasure. Loosing his eye and Arm to the brave girl, and gorwing more angry. Thus vowing to find her and have his revenge...eight yars later. What treasure was he seeking?...No on knows..But Ocean wave herself

So that be it guys, Fowl the owl, and is the sworn rival of Ocean wave.
