This amazing art is of my Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalist, Celisse Albus. It was done by . They did an great job and I am very pleased with this. Her weapon on her left hand is the Chimeric Prism but it is in a white color, and her signature runed dagger is in her right.

The armor that she is wearing in this art is based off a concept art that ArenaNet released for a Light Armor example. I edited the picture to remove the wasp-like wings and the hood. But other than that, the design is here [link] and it belongs to ArenaNet.
