Description
In keeping with my habit of refashioning old t-shirts, I've put together a Halloween tutorial (complete with bats, for the authentic Halloween experience) to show you how you can transform a couple of old t-shirts into a sexy dress suitable for a Halloween costume. It's quite a versatile design, so it could work for several different costumes if you add different accessories. I think this would look quite witchy if you added a witch hat and a broom!
