Ok ppl....youll hate me for this BUT!YOU DO USE MATH OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL!! lol
yah this much math went into making a 98% near-perfect 1/1 scale model of this toy sword, fun stuff right?
(we messed up a measurment so the sword ended up being about 2 inches too short but it looks fine)

Its made up of the bulk "blade" of the sword alot of smaller peices fitted together to form the hilt, i made a plaster mold for the detail on the hilt, handle is re-bar in a tight fitting PBC pipe fed into the "blade" about 6 inches and Nutted into place Under the raised part of the blade
i used a router for the scrollwork on the blade
