Again WOW! You really blow me away with your excellent command of various art styles. This does have the circus like poster feel to it. But also it could be altered slightly for a Phantom of the Oprah look, or a Mad Hatter look. Again great choice for period garb for all three of these possibilities.
One note... the Ace of Spades playing card in the band of his hat is the wrong color. Spades are black, not crimson/red. The Three of diamonds is correct though.

this is totally amazing. I love the concept and it kind of reminds me of the Phantom of the Opera with the half face mask thing going on for Kankuro. I just loves it
