Tweek up really late at night turns on the water works begging for some MORE candy and...well as we can see here, I think he has indeed already had too much. You can't really tell if he is crying for more or he's crying because his tummy is screaming "PLEASE NUUUU MORE!" in pain
But because the fact that myself I'd cry if he would be crying if for any reason I'd probably give it to him. ;O;But Li (the Mommy in my Yuukou boarding-house type fics) on the other hand...

If you want some more candy find the lolly hidden in your hair and the lifesaver that got stuck and pull the ooey gooeyness off your clothes, and outta your hair...if it'll come out, mind you. All you should have is a shower but if you are really that exhausted just go back to bed!!!"
