I'm glad to hear you are better, both physically and mentally. SAD is not a pleasant way to live. Spring is a time of renewal. As for me, I'm okay. Doctor's have no switch to turn off my problems, so it's mind over matter, (If I can learn how) or cope. Thank you for asking, too.
