Description
On June 23, 2006, the top platform of the Roughs Tower of Sealand caught fire because of an electrical failure.I have a headcanon that even though all the damage was repaired by November of that year, Sealand himself has burn scars from the fire. He's also very self conscious of them and will not take off his shirt, even to go swimming, unless the only other person/people around is England or a close friend/friends, which is why I drew the tears.
Poor kid.
Anyway, I hope you like it.
It's also my first time drawing burns/burn scars, so forgive me if they suck.

Pacifica is a fictional island nation in the Pacific, and as a human, she is a 13 year old girl, and she has a crush on Sealand. But when she sees Sealands scars, well, if I do write it, you will see.

I think he only acts like an annoying little kid because he wants to be able to be a kid and he's afraid of becoming cold, jaded, or even crazy like other nations.

Oh, and he and England really do love each other in a father/rebellious-son kind of way. They drive each other crazy but England was the one who helped Sealand and treated his burns after the fire. And England also secretly admires Sealand's will to enjoy his (possibly everlasting)childhood even though he's been invaded by Germany, caught on fire, and had to go through WWII back when he was Fort Roughs. (Which confused the heck out of England, by the way, because he couldn't figure out why his fort suddenly had a personification, especially since said personification was a young child.)
