The fact that you switched the colours on the scarves and sweaters gives a good sense of balance, unifying the two pieces even though they're separate. A good device to use.
I like the fact that you chose to face them away from each other, I think it's more meaningful that way. 'Specially with Feenie looking up at the sky. But lord knows, I'm just looking too much into it all 
I can see where the inspiration came from, with the poem and all. The words fit surprisingly well. Gotta love it when you find stuff like that, eh? What poem was this anyhow?
