Before it starts you just look at the road ahead. The tumultous mountains, the sweeping clouds, the entire portrait of a journey, and it always seems that you'll garner more comfort from gazing at such a journey rather than journeying it.Taken at the Quemahoning reservoir near Hollsopple, PA.

i like this.....i love roads where the trees seem to form a tunnel.
even moreso in the winter when they're covered in snow and ice.
that might make for an interesting series.....capture this scene fall, winter, and spring as well.

I've been thinking of doing a series about the seasons. The land where I live has many great spots for photography.

It's lucky they hadn't torn down the rest of the trees when I took this picture. This is one of the last bits of these trees shading the road circling the Quemahoning reservoir.
