Description My entry for =Jenny-Jen 's 8 appreciation month contest.

I've had this idea allllll monthhh and finally had/made time to whip this up today. x_x It's not that amazing in my eyes, at least with the texture/turnout on the weapons, but I tried. 8D; This is a mixture of acrylics and coloured pencils; the texture is mostly due to the water colour paper.

Not expecting to win; I just wanted an excuse to paint and draw me some 8. XB

I like this a lot, actually. ^^ The colors are really nice, and it's a great composition methinks. Never really was that great with acrylics myself. Plus, 8 needs more love.

Absolutely love the sky; perfect shade of pink for an evening. The flying creature is well-designed and I like the extra eyes. Your favorite "9" character is well-posed and you really caught him in the act of throwing.
