Hey Vivian is back, there's a reason behind this...

helped me out to illustrate something that happened around the time this is posted (early July 2021). As I type I live in the Pacific Northwestern area of the US, and about a week before this went up a record heat wave swept across the area. We're talking cities like Seattle, WA and Portland, OR were tracking temperatures that you usually find in Las Vegas, NV and Phoenix, AZ.

That's right, desert level temps in an area known for mountains and rainforests and grunge music.

So anyway I considered myself lucky going into the heat wave, where I live has air conditioning in it. This won't be a problem.

On Sunday the damn AC stopped working...and I also found out that the AC in my truck needs recharged (probably).

So that brings us to today, and this picture. It's Vivian in the same heat wave with only a fan to help keep her cool. Also wearing as few layers as possible helps. The line from the artist sums it up the best: "Ugh, it's just too hot..."
