I really love this. It's got enough human in it to showcase that he's a person, but enough 'other' to show that he's something more as well. I especially like the cloak of feathers, and the way it's still a part of him, like it's what his wings have become. The use of the colors is excellent as well.

that's like a cool, slick, 21st century lucifer, with a bit of Patric Stewart in there somewhere. Reminds me more of an a evil powerful dude than a lucifer rendition. I always imagined lucifer with hair, and bat-like wings

I've been reading John Milton's Paradise Lost recently, and this work was honestly capturing the Lucifer portrayed in that book quite well.
I could almost swear he was saying "Better to reign in Hell than be rul'd in Heaven" right now... or something to that effect. Though the best quote to be used here (Book One Line 691-692) "that riches grow in Hell; that soul may best/ deserve the precious bane"
I do like the artwork and I also like how much effort you've put in the main character as well. I do feel that the environment could be better handled. It feels... empty, in my opinion.
I'm just telling you what I feel - I think its a good work. Well done.
