Not sure what the story is called yet, but it's started! No going back! Time to actually do something with these characters!The bluebird gryphon isn't really significant, it's just there to soldify that this is a fantasy world. Also I wanted to draw a bird. Erin down there is the focus of this page. She's the OC that's been my favorite child lately, and I plan on uploading something else with her later.
This page will be redone if I get far enough into the story to start actually pushing this comic. There are even more mistakes in the traditional scanned page, but I clone-stamped them out to hide my shame. I can't do perspective worth a shit, also. :/
Character and page are mine, which should be obvious by this point.

I'm actually not sure anymore! This comic is old, and I threw the gryphon in to introduce the fantasy element of the universe it's set in, but I never thought beyond that point.

Honestly, if I start it further back, it might be more slice-of-life/my characters getting to know eachother instead of action/adventure. I'm afraid it'll bore people, but so much character development happens before the actual action...

Hmm, yeah I guess with a blue gryphon filling the first two panels this is clearly not Kansas. And that basically means in combination to a regular modern attire and a park bench that this is a modern fantasy world... sounds good to me. I do remember the Greenway instructions, so I guess there will be more differences coming up.

The gryphon is based off of an eastern bluebird, which does frequent where I live. I can't really account for whether or not they're in Kansas, as I've only been that way once.
