A "trépied" or something to stabilise you camera could help to gain quality (specialy in sharpen) your hand is too unstabe thats why the shoot is a bit blurry, you can change the focal too of course.
The other thing is the colors parasites who happens went the scene needs more light but you can correct this on photoshop very easily (duplicate the layer, apply a gaussian blur with 1pixel radian, change the application mode to color at last apply a mask layers to hide areas who don't need the effect and reduce the opacity layer).

yeah....im just starting out with photography...i dont know whats wrong with the quality?:confised: do you know why its that bad? could it be the lighting? hmmz...i dont kno..id really appreciate some pointers....but yeah..i kno the backgroud is really bad...see i dont have a backdrop yet... i wanted to start already...so id really appreciate some help

The quality is a bit blurry
It is posible that you don't have a perfect quality camera then we are happy with this, but if you have a good quality cam...
I think it would be nice to take it sharper. Your perfect face have nothing to hide...
