Description
Here's a commision of the Kremling Krew from Donkey Kong Country 2 that I was asked to repaint and spoof up for someone. Given the quality of the source I had to repaint and texture the entire thing from scratch. My client gave me permission to host a smaller version of the work here.

Yeah, the Kremlings were awesome. The newer Donkey games just don't feel the same atomosphere wise with the new villains. I reckon the crocodiles carried a lot of charm to themΒ that the recent enemies just lack. They seem generic in comparison to the amount of love these guys obviously got given by the art team.

Totally agree. Don't get me wrong, i like the return game, but not loved it.Β
Tropical Freeze was for me such a disappointment game. The Kremlings are indeed my favorite minions of the DK series.Β
