Ja, man sollte sie schon blondieren, sonst wird das nicht so leuchtend. Die Farbe, die ich benutzt habe ist eine TΓΆnung, die aber in blondiertem Haar recht lange hΓ€lt. Das ist sie: [link] Gibts in allen erdenklichen Farben in FriseurfachgeschΓ€ften. :]

Did you have to bleach it? And if so, do you do it yourself or do you get it done at a salon?

Yes, I got it bleached at a salon. I had my hair dyed red before, so it was quite hard to bleach and had probably looked aweful, if I had done it myself (since reds are very hard to remove from the hair). But the pink is a non-permanent dye which I put in myself. :3
