Description
As Gadget, Dudley, Kitty, the Gadgetinis, and CIA Agent Foxy begin their investigation of a M.A.D. scheme to turn people into animals, they stop by the zoo. Gadget tells them that laughter is the essential element differentiating humans from animals.
