Description
My initial thought for this build was just to create a base with lots of storage space and great views that would double as a landmark. Constructed entirely out of sandstone slabs and glass panes, the main structure has a sandstone slab staircase running the full length, with the only turn being to access the roof, where I planted my farm. The lights are smooth sandstone spaced 5 meters apart, with torches on four sides. I opted to construct glass-encased lava falls as supplementary lighting to help combat the darkness caused by the building's broad shadow. The farm's irrigation ditches run off of either end as waterfalls into long sandstone pools, allowing for diving. I'm still in the process of decorating the inside, but with the outside looking so pretty, I just had to share what's turning out to be one of my favorite projects.
