Description
Ingredients:
¼ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup + 3 Tbsp regular sugar
1 tsp powdered lemon zest
½ tsp vanilla extract.

Method:

Special trick for measuring the sugars: Put the 1 Tbsp brown sugar in a ½-cup measuring cup, fill the rest of the way with regular sugar.
In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes, depending on desired thickness, stirring occasionally.
