Grotbags is the Main Antagonist in Rod 'N' Emu. She is a Witch who has Croc and Robot Redford as her Assistants.
Every Episode consisted of Grotbags, alongside Croc and Robot Redford hatching a Plan to get hold of Emu. In getting Emu, Grotbags believed she would be able to Rule The World. She spent her time carrying out these Plans alongside her Assistants, which would always Fail, as well as Hitting her Assistants, Croc and Robot Reford.
