How fast is your space ship no.8, Spaceballsβ¦. and Jupiter 2 from Lost in Space as well I guess. At the risk of losing any geek cred I may have garnered, I had never seen Spaceballs until recently, but I certainly had fun drawing/painting this one.
Pencil, ink on paper, paint in photoshop.

at a 'mall' in South Bend, Indiana in 1974 when it first came out ....
PEE my pants FUNNY! .... With ALOT of 'societal' COMMENTARY! ....
I am HOOKED on ANYTHING with MEL BROOKS ....

I'd love to see more Spaceballs, but i dont count the animated series. i just didnt like it. Great work on this! if Ludicrous speed is two speeds above light speed, would they arrive before they left?

Never heard of the Spaceballs animated series... may need to do some 'googling'.
Not sure there really is any scientific logic to any of the speed settings in this movie

Just notice that there's a decepticon insignia under Spaceball one. Maybe Spaceball one was secrectly a con all along...
