I've been meaning to draw these two for such a long time! Meet Nexxis (the brunette) and Orcacia (the blonde). A few years ago I started writing a story about two average girls named Brooke and Meg. The story never really got anywhere and I ended up scrapping it. But I couldn't shake the two girls off. I've always had an interest in mythical creatures and have often made designs that I never liked enough to upload. Then somewhere along the way, Brooke and Meg merged into mythical creatures. And here they are!

Nexxis is a Dryad (Wood Nymph). Orcacia is a hybrid of some kind (I haven't quite decided but I keep picturing her with a tail), abandoned at birth by her parents and raised by the Nymphs. She considers herself a warrior and has sworn to protect those who cared for her as a child.

I'm not sure what I'll be doing with them, but I will draw them now and again. And if I feel inspired I may work on their story again.
