Pandora and Magnolia May having some good old girl time. Trying out sparkly nail polish, trading gossip, being catty bitches
When Magnolia was a teenager, she turned from a sweet little tomboy into an unstoppable snobby school alpha bitch, insecure and desperate to climb the social ladder by any means possible. One of her favorite targets for mean-spirited jabs and light bullying was the incredibly awkward and dorky teen Pandora (who was pretty hurt by the betrayal). Magnolia does eventually outgrow her mean girl phase (thanks to mummy Rarity and mama Applejack nearly smacking some sense into her), and as an adult she feels so guilty over how she treated Ponyville's resident noodle woman that she starts offering Pan free makeovers, spa sessions, hair care....Pan is of course suspicious, but Magnolia is genuine in her friendship (if a little awkward at it), and the two eventually relax into a catty, snarky relationship...half true friendship, half rivalry. They do tend to brag and bicker over who looks the most fabulous, and have a thing for teasing and flustering each other over their latest crush)
mags is probably asking Pan for some sweet dirty secrets about Bruce that can later be used as blackmail. Pan is all too happy to oblige, so long as mags can trade some grade a eyeliner application tips

someone pointed out that my human pan design was too pretty and normal looking compared to her draconequus design. Well now she's a seven foot tall beast woman with unsettling proportions and fangs and talons. She may occasionally scare young children, but Pan asserts that she's still prettier than Skyla.

I honestly really like seeing Pan in punk girl style, with pointed ears and pointy teeth. It doesn't necessarily need to go further than that, IMO, because she's already so strange humanized, society-wise. Thus, I really think you have a lot of freedom to do what you will with it.
And knowing Pan's catty nature anyway, who says she'll always look the same, anyhow?

Love Mags human form, and i love that you made Pandora more beastly. If she stood out in her draqoneus(I can't spell right now) form then why not in her human form.

She still looks wayyyy too human XD, with ear-surgery, contact lenses, braces and dye she'd look normal, at least in my opinion. She is just a tall human with freaky ears, that's not a monster, she has the perfect body, perfect hair, perfect anything, just big arms and hands. What could she even be complaining about when she has all the money in the world to just change that?
In her draconequus form she IS a monster, she has parts of several animals in her, she can't be fixed in anyway because her body is just impossible to be made more pony-like without permanently using magic that would eventually affect her.
It goes from one way to another, with her draconequus form one could think "What would two very desirable (even Bruce, being that "bad guy" would have some fans, I mean, we all know how highschoolers act around "bad guys"), strong, and traditionally educated males (one with a fixation to rhythm and symmetric things (music)) would want with a female like that, who would make them look bad in front of everyone?" while with her human form she's a freaky beauty, she can fix her flaws, not easily but soon enough through surgery and other things, and would have likely submitted to doing so if her story was the same than in the Pandora-verse (which is rather a dark though now that I think about it).
As another note... Mags, where did your foot go D=?

What Pandora failed to mention to Maggie was the her clone self was a male...with some interesting and terrifying upgrades that still haunt Bruce to this day.

It was the first time Bruce Carcharodon ever ran from a challenge. The tentacle dick's feelings were very hurt, and Pan and Male!Pan had to spend the night consoling it with ice cream and assurances that it could do better than Bruce.

Nah, no thanks. I preferred the old designs. I know you're just trying to improve as an artist, but I don't like purposefully ugly designs for the sake of it. Better than anything I could draw by a magnitude of a million, but just not into these new designs, anthro or pony form.

Pan’s freaky design does serve a point. Her old human design was functional I guess, but her only odd trait was her slightly pointy elf ears. She was still pretty and mostly normal looking. Not much reason then for her to have a massive insecurity/inferiority complex about. Pan’s freaky appearance is pretty closely tied to her characterization, so it’s cheap to keep her entirely pretty just so she’s nice to look at.

Ironically, I thought that was Skyla until I read the description. Never noticed how similar their hair and eyes are before now...I guess it's easier to tell them apart when they're ponies.

The design is pretty good! She looks really awesome but I do have to say the ears aren't that good for her. So maybe try for a different style of ears. I'm loving the teeth and claws though.

I really like the extremity changes that you've done with her, but drac Pan's body only somewhat follows the normal body shape of others, and even then the parts vary wildly. The human core seems a bit too uniform and human centric compared to the body wide "oddity" of her drac form.

I also like the parallel between her human-form ears and her draconequus horns! However, I think they are really quite big on her, even for a seven-foot tall woman! If you don't mind me saying, perhaps you could adjust the size of the ears to be a bit more true to human anatomy. I have noticed your exceptional improvement in your artistic skill, even if I've followed you for a year! Have a great New Year, Lop!
