What a strange looking fellow. I don't think I've ever seen him around Canterlot before...I do hope he visits one of our charity shelters, perhaps we could get him properly fed, do something about that worn old cloak...though I wonder if we'd be able to do anything about that grumpy expression. It's funny, something about that face just feels so....familiar. Merde, this is going to bother me all day....

The answer is that he doesn't have any siblings at all......as far as he knows.

Prince Blueblood knew other mares after Trixie left. Heck, the guy has one of the biggest titles and spending wallets in all of Canterlot, of course ponies lined up to be with the handsome, charming(?) prince of Canterlot. That lady there is Vogue. She is Blueblood's biological daughter and Moondancer's younger half-sister. Can you guess who her mama isssss

Hint: It's Fleur de Lis. Fleur was (and still is) married to Fancy Pants at the time of Vogue's conception. Fancy adopted the little foal and has loved and raised her as his own, and they form a functional and happy family with mummy Fleur. Vogue is a headstrong, kind, considerate young mare with a skill for leadership. She works as a supermodel (like her mum), but also enjoys dancing, ballet, fashion, charity work, and reading. She doesn't know it, but she has her brother's temper.

Vogue is aware of her relation to Prince Blueblood, though it's not something that is discussed publicly. Neither do the two spend a lot of time together-not because Blueblood doesn't reach out, he does-it's just that Vogue finds him to be a bit too self-absorbed and aloof to make their interactions anything but awkward. It's not helped that she must call him "Prince Blueblood", not "Father" in public, as to avoid scandal. The prince is fond of her though, and routinely invites her to tea...Vogue mostly goes to be polite. She has a much warmer relationship with her adopted dad, Fancy Pants. Blueblood may or may not be slightly jealous of that. Unlike with Moondancer, Blueblood has always known of the existence of his daughter.

vogue has a cutie mark, her flank is just turned at an awkward angle so i left it out so ya'll wouldn't have to try to guess at a half-shown cutie mark

i'm not sure what vogue's role in the story will be, or if she has one besides this one appearance. we'll see
