Makes me think of that old movie The Cat From Outer Space. Loved that movie as a child. This is a great painting.

You have such an eye for anatomy... Birds, cats, humans, you name it. Some people take years to perfect a single creature. You seem to have perfected them all, but in the blink of an eye.... Do you use refrences for each picture? You whole gallery is fabulous.

I like this piece; however, it reminds me of another piece of local artwork I saw where the artist had preserved their own dead cat's body into a work of art. I like this one much better. It stays on the paper.
