So, I saw Syfy's version of "alice", and I will be frank, after watching the first part I wasn't sold on it. However, being someone who like to give an underdog a fighting chance, I went ahead and found Part 2 on line and finished it last night. And...

I loved it. I can honestly say, I would watch it again (and yes, it's a bit sappy ... but what's life without alittle sap.)

So, here they are Alice and Hatter, they were just screaming to be drawn.

Alice and the Mad Hatter belong to Lewis Carroll, however, THIS Alice and Hatter belong to the SyFy channel.

**I submitted this work for Illustration Friday for this week as the word was "Confined" and I felt that this was a good representation that with imagination no story is ever forced to be confined to what the general opinion of it is. "Alice" was another re-imagining of a story everyone knows, and this version was not confined to simply what the original story told us... it was allowed to be even more than that.
