Usually this is where back up comes in but in other circumstances I have a hunch that Will would show his true power or something beyond those lines.

From what I can guess yeah, I don't think Will is the kind of person who goes into war without a secret stash of bullets *excuse the metaphor*
Also it would be plain overkill if he fights Gurthrath in his super form and from what we know Will's sword had no effect on him. So Will having some hidden power is definitely high....
But that's just me XD

Truth be told, I like the 'bad ending' scenario like the one at the last page of issue one.
I admit that I hate it when the villain wins but I HATE it even more if Tails/Gurthrath(Whatever, he's still Tails for me) loses.
If this is going to be the last battle like what you say and Sonic wins? I suggest you make an alternate ending where Tails/Gurthrath wins
(Seriously, you did an excellent job on making Tails look more of a Major Character rather than some sidekick)

thanks that means alot to me. actualy there is a 3rd issue comming up. so you should like how this issue ends 
actualy I have made multipule endings before, but it wont be necessary at this point.
And thanks, Tails should be more than just some by stander. funny that Tails is hardly seen in this comic, but he is still seen as a major character.
