I can tell you the first one. The text is a reference to the videogame System Shock, in which you play a hacker on a space station trying to foil the schemes of a homicidal AI with a God Complex named SHODAN. The text is one of SHODAN's many taunts to the player. The game is one of the premier examples of a cyberpunk hacker.
As for the art, I love it! Especially like the bit of asymmetry going on with the chrome.
