O2 from Kirby 64. One of the most surreal and possibly disterbing enemies found in the Kirby series, and I tend to have a thing for the twisted characters (Take a look at my Top Villains gallery, heheh). O2 is the second "O" creature (Dang!) and the more powerful. It's basically a creature composed entirely of dark energy who possessed the queen of some world to basically consume the entire cosmos in darkness and butcher everything. An "angel of death" of the Kirby universe basically. That's why I like it. Plus the whole snow-white angelic being with a single blood-red eye is kind of appealing, heheheh.Related content

The Kirby games are messed up! You have this cute little guy, with the power to eat thing and steal their powers. And thats just the beginning.
The bosses (Except for wispy and orca) are terrifing!(think about king dedede in dreamland 3 and you'll know what I mean [link] ) and then there is dark matter an cloud of pure evil that descends upon a planet, enslaving the life it finds there. [link] also fire kirby + jellyfish teamate looks... disturbing. Sorry if this sounds stupid but it's just something weird to think about.

Your concept of 02 is awesome. I'm tempted to color this. .__.;; But my style would probably butcher it.
