Description Details:

Military Police: These men and women have many names depending on who's interacting with them and in what circumstances, but the most common are Enforcers, Peacekeepers, or Subjugators. The Military Police Corps (MPC) are a largely-homeland-oriented organization, intent on keeping law and order within the sovereign borders and claimed settled territories of the Hakkorian Empire alone, rather than taking an interventionist role to uphold the law in the wider galaxy like their more-elite counterparts in the Eclipse Corps. The personnel of the MPC are trained to the degree of full frontline military forces, and are expected to be just as dedicated, disciplined, flexible and practical as their more-numerous counterparts. This strict and extensive training allows the MPC to be more-prepared to face a myriad of threats and unruly elements from every origin in society.

The men and women of the MPC are trained additionally for their specific areas of operation and are expected to not hold back against the enemy but to cause as least amount of collateral damage or civilian/nonaffiliated harm as possible, and their equipment and combat doctrine support this. The standard-issue full set of armor an MP can be seen in is a modified and somewhat-downgraded version of the armor used in starship boarding and enemy facility rating. Despite the classification of downgraded, the armor is on average, just as effective in the hands of a skilled operator in the environments and conditions it is meant for as any military armor. The suit is rated and built for extra effectiveness in crowded conditions and urban combat with numerous obstacles and angles which it may be attacked. It is effective against traps, most conventional chemical agents and improvised weapons, as well as shrapnel, blades, fire and the odd sniper when fighting against terrorists or enemy undercover cells and organized gangs.

The armor consists of several layers of sheeted reinforced grade-B2 combat material (the chemical composition being classified) of high-impact kinetic-dispersion nanolaminate with layers of ablative energy-storage reactive liquid crystal to absorb and reuse energy from attacks or eject out to prevent overheating and compromise, which also means they operate better in very high-temperature environments if necessary. The multilayer nature of the armor is a precaution against armor-piercing ordinance or debris, as each layer will substantially detract from the kinetic impact force of the ordinance and is substantially better at stopping such penetration than a single solid plate of the same material and the same thickness as the system of sheets. The crystal layer also sticks to solid ordinance and hampers its movement speed and also tugs on it of course by a miniscule amount. As for the armor itself, it contains actuators and force-multiplication systems like all Hakkorian armor, these being very helpful in making the officers be able to be faster and stronger than their targets, and apprehend them quicker with less fuss. They are also helpful in pushing through large crowds or improvised barriers and holding the line to physically stop large groups in crowd control duties so the officers can do so for much longer with less strain and usually do not need to resort to force against crowds or protesters.

The armor contains several modular hardpoints, one on each forearm and shoulder. These can hold specialist pieces of equipment which can be easily swapped out to adapt to the situation, such as micromissile launchers to put down flesheating viral hordes of terror hounds or anarchist drones, to upgrade sensors which can help locate and evacuate people from a damaged building and provide scans to determine appropriate medical aid necessary. The shoulder hardpoints act independently from the rest of the suit, being regularly controlled from the officers dedicated servitor (AI assistant) though can be overridden by the user if needed. There are integrated gravitic vectored thrusters on the back of the suit, but no additional maneuvering jets like on mainline military suits. The suit can be fully-sealed if need be but the faceplate can be undeployed to reveal the face of the officer for ease of interaction with civilians. In this stage, there is a somewhat-reinforced invisible shield over the face. The shielding of the armor is adaptive in power and frequency and typically consists of multiple layers like the armor and they spiral at high frequencies to bend and distort the trajectories of oncoming ordinance.

The armor also contains gravitic clampers on the feet and hands, an encrypted Quantum entanglement bead in the helmet, a full augmented-reality HUD with linking to the weapons, medical nanoboosted compound injectors, and emergency air module that can last for 50 hours. If an MP officer does not report within every standard hour in situations not requiring premeditated radio silence, their signature at the nearest associated command office will be alerted and forces will be sent to investigate, search drones followed by personnel.

The weapons commonly used by the MPC are nearly-identical to those of the mainstay military, except lacking in some of the more purely-destructive implements and settings. Thr most-common setting used by the MPC in civilian-occupied residential or civil areas is the biochemical-stabilizer stun setting, which undoes chemical bonds in the body of an individual to drain them of their energy and the stun pulse triggers a deceleration of blood flow and bioelectrical efficiency in muscles, meaning the target feels more tired and dazed, not being able to concentrate and will usually fall to the ground as if drunk, being more-easily apprehended or pacified without permanent or debilitating harm. The weapon contains an autocorrective and stabilizing targetting computer. Other weapons include deployable hardlight close-range shields and blades, and these can be tuned from low-level stun to industrial-strength cutting, if absolutely necessary.

Templar Chaplain: An intermediary officer between the full-time Templar troops and personnel and the mainstay Imperial Army and Naval forces, chaplains act as battlefield officers, investigators, counselors, and recruiters, using their charisma and discipline and extensive knowledge to spread their order's Precursor-derived beliefs to others and to promote the faction to the public military. Chaplains typically are attached as special warrant officers to Vanguard units and forces as well as dedicated Templar forces to act as intermediaries between them and the denizens of the places they might be operating or staying at. Templar chaplains are highly-accomplished warriors, with a very high threshold for pain and patience, being focused and disciplined and confident when interacting with others. The armor they wear is visually-informed by more-archaic knight designs, but us just as effective as standard Vanguard infantry armor of the equivalent rank. As Templars, the chaplains are trained more-extensively in the art of bladed and melee weaponry. They are also adept at more fighting styles which complement their preferred weapons, that being blades with integrated compact blasters for flexibility.

There are several noticeable variants in the Chaplain armor compared to standard Vanguard infantry armor. One of the most obvious differences is in the helmet. The helmet designs of the Templar order differ from standard Hakkorian suits in that they are composed of a solid frontal face and frontal head plate, as opposed to the overlapping sealed plates of the standard set which produces the distinctive double "L" slits in lieu of a traditional visor. The helmet of the Chaplain is meant to convey unity of purpose and solidity, and as such is more-smooth and seamless in the front, which like some patterns of trooper helmet aifs in ordinance deflection and redirection via sloped surfaces in multiple directions as opposed simply to the sides away from the head like most helmets utilized by the Hakkorian Empire. The helmet contains a symbol of an ancient Precursor, representing the Mantle as it is intended protecting life.

The helmet also contains its own dedicated psionic and dimensional-energy filtration and shielding systems, to combine with the Chaplain's already impressive discipline and willpower to make even harder to faze or stress in combat. The helmet also acts as a conduit for ambient psychic energies to utilize their limited, but still respectable abilities with. The helmet contains the more-advanced outside-environmental filtration system equipped on other psychic troops which allows them to concentrate on their powers more. Unlike the psychic troops, the Chaplains do not come equipped standard by support automated weapons that the military does, so instead their knightlike armor incorporates an innovation in energy-redistribution and shaped field systems by incorporating an offensive beam emitter integrated into the shield generators on their shoulderplates. These emitters provide the maximum amount of protective area coverage in most situations, and the placement of some the primary shields on the shoulders increases the repulsive force around those areas, adding considerably-more resistance to the area and hampering effectiveness and accuracy of blows there, and by extension, from the head.

The arms of the suit are reinforced and laden with additional layers and micro honeycomb-lattices of psychically-conductive crystal as in all psychic troops, to better allow the Chaplain to manifest his or her psychic abilities. These include a wide-band area emitter which allows the Chaplain to exert influence over a wider area or more concentrated. The gauntlets also contain deployable compact shield generators and knuckle pulse penetrators for emergency weapons or to add to the damage of a melee attack, in which case they would fire into an enemy while the hardened and heated shields on the fist would keep the energy of the blasts in the direction of the enemy as sonic pulse generators help disrupt the bonds of material composing what the enemy is made of.

The lower parts of the armor are bolstered by a segmented sash and tassets/side plates curved to deflect ordinance aimed at the joints on the waist. A wider, similar pair of plates extends from the back which while in combat locks into position, but can be segmented to allow ease of sitting down. The armor also contains a compressed nanokinetic-absorbtion and redistribution robe which is composed of layers of nanites holding in reactive fluid which aurohardens at the point of impact if struck with kinetic or vibrational energy, but otherwise being flexible and light. The nanites can reposition and eject themselves to prevent the robe being caught in the environment or an enemy. The poleyns (kneeplates) of the armor are enlarged and rounded vertically to a sharpened edge, allowing the Chaplain to better deflect enemy ordinance and counter strikes as well as conduct melee attacks utilising their knees in a more-effective manner. On the sides of the poleyns are the armored joints for the armor's supplementary exoskeletal frame which diverts weight and force away from the body of the user, and complements the reactive synthetic muscle fibre-bundles and force-amplification circuits of all suits.

The most common weapon besides for built-in ones and the official symbol of office for a Templar Chaplain is the Neurophysics-augmented sword. This blade sacrifices the flexibility and reactive nature of smartmatter and energy blades for a psychic boost and being exponentially more sturdy and resilient. The blade is based off of Precursor neural physics, and as such was meant to be nearly indestructible to anything not using the same energy as a Halo pulse or sufficient reality-bending abilities, providing some measure of defense against the latter, too. Due to Human science in neural physics being vastly inferior to that of the Precursors, the blade is not indestructable, but exponentially-better than most blades of the same class which are mass-produced anywhere in the known universe. The blade cannot be worn down, it can only be shattered by a single, overwhelming force at once.

Thanks! Guess it's because the stuff I do is pretty niche and not that well-known in terms of wider Halo. Also, I don't really promote myself, but who can really judge.

Well, the concept of the empire is 's work, he has a wholw massive alternate Halo universe which is expanded to include a ton of new species, powers and beings to the extent that it feels more like the MCU. If you have more questions, he's the expert to ask.

As for what I know, in this alternate universe, the Hakkorian Empire are a remnant of the old AHE that rebuilt itself from the ground up (therefore being comparatively less powerful than in the ancient era as opposed to AHE Remnant factions in many other fanon settings such as mine where they got up from where they left off techwise.
In terms of their standing in the galaxy, they are a reasonably-powerful empire who occupy the role of self-proclaimed galactic peacekeepers and police, having an elite paramilitary organization called the Eclipse Corps to keep law and order across the galaxy. This corps contains many kinds of augmented and psychic specialist troops and on the top are personnel wirh powers that can counter and permanently-harm celestial and cosmic-level beings and forces.

The AHE in this universe took part in an apocalyptic conflict known as the Second Dark Wars, which in the universe combines events of the Last Human-Forerunner War and the Forerunner-Flood War. A few differences, though, the AHE/San Shyuum wete on a more equal scale with the Ecumene, having circa-2 million developed worlds to the Ecumene's 3 million. The Sangheili were a tier-1 empire who were involved, and while the author hasn't said whose side theu were on, they didn't fight the AHE/San Shyuum. There was alao this other power called the Dark Alchemists, who took advantage of the chaos of the war to build up an empire. Dark Alchemy, to oversimplify, is kind of like a mix of the Dark side of the Force with a bit of 40K Chaos. They get their power from this thing called Dark Sapphire, which according to the author was inspired by Terragen crystals in Marvel which caused the Inhumans to get powers, so it works in the same way more or less.

Again, ask for a much better and more-specific explanation.
