The Skjálfandafljót River is situated in the north of Iceland. Skjálfandafljót is 178 km long, and is the fourth longest river of Iceland. This river has a very beautifull blue water and basalt rocks.On this river the famous waterfall Godafoss (Goðafoss - "waterfall of the gods") is located.
