My money's on the human. The dragon looks fearsome rising up until you look at his short and stubby back legs. Plus the human is clearly ready to dodge the first few attacks until she can strike a few good blows on the wings. The dragon doesn't look like he has very good balance either and probably can't scratch his own back. Lastly, the title tells us that she's ready to slay him.

cool looking picture, my only comment would be the fire. seems a bit too orange to me, but then again this is coming from the person who made fire blue so umm yea lol cool over all though
