His abilities are flight and electrical manipulation and blasts, and these powers come from his mask, which when he puts on, it forms the suit around him.

Also, considering what you said, it's nice to see you made the mask thick enough to emphasize it as his power source, but not so thick as to make it look too heavy. It's not as easy to make good proportions like that as people tend to think, so prompts for that!
