Circe taught Noelle one of her favorite punishment techniques after the party.One, as an apology for abusing Vicki's toy (Jonathan).
And two, in hopes that Noelle would punish Vicki's toy (Jonathan).
Needless to say that the moment came along where she put it to very good use! This is only a level 1 technique, despite how sever it looks.
