The small Archipelago nation was almost broken beyond repair, It was so devastated by the Entente Cordiale forces, the population barely survive on working the economic gears of the nation. Many Factories were destroyed, Arable lands become scarce as the previous battles taken place there degrade the soil quality from Excessive Gas and Explosives use. The situation does not help when Pakuningratan was enforced to pay War Reparations for the Entente forces, dwindling the now "sovereign" Nation with incredible debt.

With half of the Population drafted in the First World War, while also accepting many Mainland Matarami Immigrants who refuses to be under the Anglo-Dutch East India rule, Pakuningratan was also confused on controlling the market of the nation. The Interwar period saw the Worst condition Pakuningratan has ever been. The Government seek many nations to help them or at least getting the market of pakuningratan work again as before. Pakuningratan sovereign debt "credit rank" among the former nations were "exempted" somewhat while allowing the former nations to manufacture cheap Consumer goods for them. In turn, they use the newly gained Credit rank to replenish their equipment lost at and after the war (because of war reparations).

They buy many bulk Surplus uniforms for their army, re-standardized their equipment, while at the same time approaches these Powers to their soft side to gain favours and more exemptions. They receive a whole lot pf Bulk British uniforms given to Pakuningratan, among them in particular have many civil project with Pakuningratan in the future, such as the High Speed Rail Project. At this time, Pakuningratan shifted from wearing German based uniform Mataram had most of the Principalities standardized on, to the British based uniform like the new No.2 Jackets like these one
