Now THIS is a really beautiful shot. Amazing colors and vibe. I really like the fireworks in the background.
I think the photo might look more awesome if the fireworks were in full focus and against all those colors though.

I remember this day perfectly. The perfect sky can have that effect <3
Yeah... if only, right? I remember using my sisters Iphone 4 (which at the time was godly photography for a phone in 2011)
But man, it stunned me, how divine the color was... and people just kept walking on by.. driving on by. Nobody stopped to appreciate.
In fact, I think one pair stared at me funny while taking this picture, walking by. Not my fault you're blind to nature :>

Yeah, I hate it when I look back at old photos and realize what could make it look better. It's not like it can be fixed, per say. Unless you're a whiz at photoshop with photos and stuff. Even then, I bet it's hard.
One day, I really want to drive around and stop where places need photographed. I'm drawn to train tracks with the beginning of dusk right now.

That's so interesting you say that. I've always felt a strong affinity towards train tracks since I was a baby. Maybe it's the symmetry, the repetition, or the lonely reminder of something constantly in motion, but never going further than the tracks they run on. Mystery fuels our fascination so much more than knowing sometimes, and I'm sure your setting right as dusk sets makes for some amazing shots.

I just think they're beautiful. The symmetry of the tracks, the small stones underneath, and trees encompassing them (I live in PA--trees are everywhere).

You definitely captured that brief moment in the afternoon my dad and I like to call 'magic time', hehe. I'm in love with the warm colors against a solid tree line - and that sweeping arch of clouds... X3! Great shot!
