Looks like this is my first art for 2015. This is was originally Husk the Cacturne but I decided to change his lore and personality because I didn't feel motivated for it so I changed him alot... Kinda...
He is going to be a collab member which I am doing with the lovely but for now he is an NPC. This is mainly just announce him as it's been awhile now. We will make an app soon but I made this to show you all... Yes, this Cacturne is british. :3 Not much information yet for now

Name: James Dexworth

Nickname: Dexter (Uses this alias)

Age: 30

Moveset:

Needle Arm: The spikes on his arms grow longer and bigger, turning his arms into a weapon and he will pummel his opponents by impaling them with the spikes.

Counter: Dexter braces himself and waits for his opponent to attack him with a physical attack, in which he will counter their attacks by ducking, then performing an uppercut before slamming them on their backs.

Payback: When his opponents perform first then his power will double by taking advantage of their sluggish movements, slamming his hands against their ears or heads to daze them before giving multiple punches to their ribs and their jaws.

Sandstorm: Sand pours out of his body, eyes or through a wound on his body, making the sand to create a sandstorm around him. He controls sand effortlessly and he may also turn into sand as a mode of transportation or to run away. He can bend the sand's will to anything he wants them to do.

Bio: Dexter has fought with his brothers, bullies, rival game supporters, and opponents in unlicensed boxing matches in underground places. He has never been able to hold a job for long, due to his history and the fact that he entered juvenile detention multiple times before. Dexter swindled many pokemon as his debts grew, therefore making many enemies. He would intimidate loan sharks away and would often work for them to pay off his debt. It is unknown to how he got his nickname or alias "Dexter". His first felony was a grocery store robbery at age 16 with his gang, which he originally wanted some chocolate bars but robbed liquors and the cashier due to peer pressure. He was a sharpshooter in his crew during his heisting days.

Along the way, a heist went sour because someone ratted him out and he was incarcerated in a high security prison, also losing his prized mask which wore during every heist he went through. His lawyer told him that it was impossible to bail him out of jail due to the over-whelming evidence against him and Dexter decided that his best chance to get out of prison is to be broken out so he contacted some friends that 'owed' him big time.

He broke out of incarceration and hid for awhile before he decided to find out who ratted him out and find his old crew. Dexter got lost in the fog and found Andalusst after attempting to catch a star coin that was being used as a prank on him. He was curious that robbing or swindling was actually kind of encourage in one of the guilds and they even pay for doing it, which made him spy around on other guild members to ask some questions.

He has mentioned multiple times about his experience in prison. Much like how he hated the prison food and giving it alot of explicit words to describe it. Dexter also mentions about the risks of being 'straight' in prison during Wednesdays are particularly dangerous, calling it 'Kinky Day'

Personality: Dexter seems to have developed a distrust of, or paranoia towards civilians and does not care much about their well-being. He tends to use explicit language most of the time with a bit of dark humour into it. He enjoys teasing, tricking, fighting and shouting with other pokemons.

Appearance: He looks much like any other Cacturnes other than his hat, face and height. His left face is scarred due to receiving some sort of chemical, which is most likely poison meant to destroy weeds. Despite spending 2 years in prison, his fighting skills are still sharp and his skills which had developed during his past makes him a formidable adversary.
