Another girl from Yu Yu Hakusho, this time we've got the adorably bloodthirsty announcer Koto. Decided to try and put a film grain type thing on there to give it that old anime look. Certainly upped the file size, but I think it's a nice, subtle effect.Other YYH drawings:
