When I read the pre-TCW comic back in the early 2000s, there was a hint of redemption in her that could have grown, And I wrote my Saga story with a long arc for Ventress to fall from grace and rise with redemption, so I tend to run with that sort of take on the character, that she was capable of finding goodness within herself.

Yeah I honestly think she I'd capable of it, she even does aid Ahsoka in the season ending, but getting her food is a whole extra step. I like it

I never thought of that. I was so caught up emotionally when I wrote it, I thought this scene in the diner would be a perfect chance for a bonding moment. Asajj would help Ahsoka realize how terrible the reality of war is, but it would also be a chance for Ahsoka to build a spirit of determination in Asajj. I don't know why, but it seemed natural to put these two together....and then they will go do something completely unexpected....

this is simple: she sensed something, but no danger. she almost sensed a friendly presence, that's why ventress said what she said: "I can assure you that the only disturbance you are feeling right now is in your stomach",

True, this is Ahsoka's first step into Assajj's world, and it's Asajj's first step into Ahsoka's. This scene is where they both come to realize what they have in common and what they can accomplish together

Asajj knew that she and Ahsoka had more in common than Ahsoka thought they had, both of them were betrayed. Asajj made that clear to Anakin, much to his disapprove.
